Name: Joanne Kosylo Business Name: Precious Time Concierge Brief description of your business: Precious Time Concierge is a virtual personal assistant for your busy family home.  We help make lives easier by completing your chores.  We can arrange dinner reservations, organise house sitters or tradesman, purchase gifts, set up reminder service for important birthdays and anniversaries, pay your bills, do your shopping and even organise your weekly menu.  The list is endless.  We can complete anything that is on your to-do list leaving you precious time to spend with your family.  Anyone who can put value on their time can use a personal concierge.  It is no longer associated with the extremely wealthy, now anyone needing a little help to manage their busy life can have a personal concierge.

Where do you work from now?
Home, I have my office set up in the back room so I can watch the children while checking emails etc.

What inspired you to get started?
I developed Precious Time due to the ever increasing demand on families to balance work life and family commitments.  I also really wanted to be at home for my children when they get home from school.  I wanted a job that was flexible so I could devote my time to the children when they needed me.

How many children do you have, and how old were they when you started your business?
I have two boys.  The eldest was 2yrs when Precious Time was started and since then I have had another son.

How did you choose your business name? 
I am a busy working mum and appreciate that time is precious – Precious Time Concierge

What advice would you give to other Mums who want to start a business?
If you believe in your business you will find the energy and time to put into it.  

What advice would you give to other business mums who want to grow their business?
The more you put in the more you gain!
